HOW WE CONTRACT
Two models, chosen by what the transaction actually needs.
As principal, we purchase from the supplier, take title, and sell onward under agreed Incoterms: one contract, one invoice, one accountable party. On a sourcing mandate, we qualify suppliers, negotiate against your specification, and manage inspection and documentation for a defined fee, with the source fully visible to you.

The commercial side and the physical side are planned in the same pass.
Specification, supplier qualification, terms, and route get settled together, before anything moves. Compliance screening runs on every counterparty and every shipment as standard, not as a scramble when a bank or a port asks the question.
